Betty Tom

Specializing in traditional Navajo cluster work, Betty Tom is a Navajo silversmith who was born and raised in Thoreau, NM. She began her journey in silversmithing after high school, learning the craft by observing her father. Now a mother of three and grandmother of four, Betty continues to reside in Thoreau, where she creates and shares her exquisite turquoise and silver jewelry with the Southwest, contributing to the region's rich artistic heritage.

This hard, high-grade material yields one of the most chemically pure turquoises available. Mining occurs only in winter due to summer flooding in the area. We don't like to wait for our online orders & feel you shouldn't have to either. We ship Monday through Friday and strive to process orders within 24 hours.
